Google the works of Dr Richard D. Kopke, MD of the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA who has been working for years developing an antioxidant treatment for hearing loss and tinnitus .. lots of info here

Has anyone looked into gettin more anti-oxidants in their diet? It seems like there is a good correlation with age related hearing loss and tinnitus. Maybe antioxidant therapy would help, not only with the ageing process but also with tinnitus.
